Is the SD card youre using the one supplied with the unit? It should have been in the box Hymer provide with all the manuals and remote control. It is a Hymer I have been on the Zenec website and clicked on all the links loaded new software on to stick but can not get the unit to update I have set to USB import but does not recognise usb. Have you put the SD card with the Nav software in the slot in the front? If that's not in place then it won't appear as an option on the screen.
